Please keep in mind that there is a $75 fee for appointments canceled with insufficient notice and appointments gone unattended. All appointments require 2 business day notice.
For Monday appointments, you would need to cancel on Friday before 12 pm to avoid a cancellation fee. For Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday appointments, you would need to cancel 2 days before by 12 pm to avoid a cancellation fee.
Our dental office in downtown Brooklyn also has a two-business-day cancellation policy for weekend appointments, and there is a $75 fee for cancellations with less notice. For Saturday appointments, you would need to cancel on Thursday by 5 pm to avoid a cancellation fee.

If a deposit was required to schedule your appointment, that deposit serves as the cancellation fee for that time reserved. The deposit may be refunded to you if at least 48 hours notice is given.
